Subscan shift in microns for plotting. This shift is used to ensure that the
first pixel plotted on the media is on the left edge of the media. Increasing
the shift moves the plot to the right on the media, while decreasing the shift moves
the plot to the left.

This key is an old version of the subscan shift, from older firmware. It was
treated differently than the subscan shift in new firmware, so the key value
was changed.
